Notice: New $2 Broward County Computer Library Card Available to Non-Residents Beginning January 23. Visitors to Broward County can now enjoy the same Broward County Library computer services that residents do – for only $2, non-refundable. Beginning January 23, 2012, non-residents of Broward County will be able to purchase a computer library card that allows them access to Broward County Library’s thousands of public-use computers seven days a week.
